I didn’t feel like me anymore…
Before starting therapy, I had a lot going on. I had split up from my husband 5 months before, which was my choice. He had moved on with someone else while we were still living together, and I was really struggling with it.
Alongside that, I was also in a situation with a ‘friend’ that was toxic, but I couldn’t find a way out of it. I didn’t feel like me anymore and was angry and sad a lot of the time.
Jackie helped me build confidence and find time for myself to work on my personal growth and really gather all of my thoughts. Reading various client reviews, I realised I was not alone in my struggles.
Working on myself made me realise what I had going on was really bad for me, and I was very unhappy. It also helped me to see what I truly wanted: to continue working on myself and rebuild my relationship with my husband.
Jackie has helped me become a better communicator, allowing me to really feel my feelings and not brush them aside or push them down. With newfound confidence, I was able to break away from the toxic situation.
My husband and I are back together and continuing to work on things properly. I am so much happier now and really feel like myself again.
I’d been dealing with this for over 15 years… Before my session with Jackie, I had been struggling with an issue that had plagued me for the best part of 15 years of my life. The session with Jackie was phenomenal, eye-opening and incredibly powerful. Jackie has such a warm and compassionate way about her that makes it easy for you to feel comfortable when discussing your issue. This allowed me to gain a deep understanding of where my issue originated from and what steps I could take to move past it. I felt liberated by the insights I was able to gain... I wasn’t sure I was ever going to be able to move past this, but now I feel like I finally have. I would like to thank Jackie for her time, her compassion, her wisdom, and her care in helping me move forward.
I kept repeating the same mistakes… I was struggling with relationship issues and being a people pleaser, always trying to fix things. I couldn’t bear the thought of being on my own, and even silence felt uncomfortable. I didn’t believe in myself.
I also couldn’t understand why, when I lost weight, it felt like I would deliberately put it back on. I would watch the scales go up every morning and feel completely stuck in the same cycle.
Jackie gave me a safe space to open up and truly be heard. I felt trust.
I felt understood. The experience was healing in so many different ways, and I can’t thank her enough. She helped me move from surviving… to thriving.
I was using alcohol to cope… without really understanding why.
As I committed to recovering from alcohol addiction, Jackie's hypnotherapy sessions helped me understand that stress was the root cause of my need to numb the pain with substances.
Her compassionate approach allowed me to uncover deeper beliefs and patterns that had been driving my struggles. For the first time, things started to make sense.
With her guidance, I not only stopped drinking but also learned healthier ways to cope and gained a stronger sense of who I am.
I feel healthier, clearer, and more in control of my life.
I’m truly grateful for Jackie's support... it was simply life changing.
I feel more confident and clearer than I ever thought possible…
Working with Jackie has truly transformed my life. From our very first session, her warmth and understanding made me feel completely calm. I had never experienced inner child work before, but it turned out to be incredibly effective. For the first time, things started to feel clearer. I now approach life with more confidence, clarity, and balance. I’m deeply grateful for Jackie’s support and for helping me feel more in control of my life. The impact has been nothing short of profound.
I can’t recommend Jackie enough for her hypnotherapy sessions. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed, understood, and safe to talk about my struggles with alcohol. During our session, she helped me tap into my own strength and ability to cope. I discovered new ways to manage my cravings and began to feel more in control of my life again. I left feeling hopeful and equipped with 'a tool box' to support my recovery. I feel stronger, more in control, and able to move forward. I’m so grateful for the positive changes she’s helped me achieve.
