Privacy Notice

In line with European Data Protection Regulations, which came into force 25th May 2018, I am obliged to share with you the following information regarding how your data is protected.

To provide a service to you, I need to hold the following records:

· Your name and contact details, plus any information you share with me on my client form.

· A brief note taken after sessions that I have with you.

These written records are kept securely locked, at my premises and will be for a minimum of seven years from the event. After which will be destroyed in keeping with the Code of Ethics published by the National Counselling Society.

You have the right to request a copy and discuss any information I keep about you.
